Anton Gazenbeek. Was born in Holland but raised in Buenos Aires.  He has filmed 5 teaching DVDs with historical material. He is the co-creator, artistic director, and choreographer of "The Anthropology of Tango Dance" show and “The Argentine Tango Cultural Tour”.

He was one of the stars of NYC summer Tango & Film Festival 2007 and has also made a highly successful appearance at the Boston Tango Festival. He is the Director of The School of Traditional Argentine Tango in New York City, a dance school dedicated to the diffusion of the pure forms of tango dance. Sergio Segura is an Argentine Tango show and events producer.  In 2004 he met Antón Gazenbeek and they started a project called, “Tango Preservation Project” which relates  to the investigation of tango dance and its preservation . In 2005, Sergio created The Argentine Tango Cultural Tour  which promotes authentic and traditional Argentine tango and tours in the United States, bringing together different events related to history, dance, teaching, music, photography, art, and film documentaries.

Mandi Messina. Is one of the upcoming young dancers and is part of the School of Traditional Argentine Tango. Over the last few years, Mandi has consistently trained in both social and performance styles of tango under the tutelage of Sergio Segura and Anton Gazenbeek. This past July, Mandi had the tremendous honor, with Matt Grubler, of representing the school at the 4th USA Tango Championship where they took home

bronze medals in the Stage Tango Competition.
